Platform System Architect Manager

Mobileye is looking for an experienced Manager to lead the System Architect and Product team for cutting-edge Autonomous Vehicle Platforms.

What will your job look like?

• Manage a team of 5 -10 Platform System Architects / System Product managers.
• Technical customer facing to analyze customer requirements and negotiate existing solutions to fit customer needs.
• Define the system requirements and system architecture that addresses customer requirements, in alignment with ME SW and HW products.
• Work closely with SW product managers to ensure that the software requirements are aligned with the system Architecture and that the software and hardware development meets the overall system-level objectives.
• Work closely with Project managers to define, map dependencies and prioritize the scope of the Customer release.
• Adhere to ASPICE L2 standard for the System Requirements (SYS2) and System Architecture (SYS3).
• Understand ME technologies such as Sensing, Driving, Fusion and their impact on the System.
  
  

• At least 5 years in System Architecture experience at an enterprise technology company and at least 3 years of experience as a manager.
• In-depth knowledge of platform systems, including platform software and base software components.
• Familiarity with systems engineering processes and methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams through influence and engage with senior leadership.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact at all levels.
• Customer experience
• Knowledge of market trends, competition, and customer needs
• Knowledge of System requirements, including customer requirements elicitation, analysis, specification, validation, and traceability.
• Able and willing to travel as needed.
• Background in Automotive – An Advantage
• Background in computer vision, Lidars, Radars – An Advantage
