V&V Engineer

Job Overview

The Verification and Validation Engineer will be instrumental in ensuring the highest standards of quality and performance in Endospan’s endovascular devices. This role involves testing products to ensure they meet stringent regulatory and clinical requirements, with the ideal candidate possessing strong cross-departmental collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

·        Develop, refine, and implement test methods for product verification and validation.

·        Write comprehensive test protocols and perform hands-on testing of new products and product improvements.

·        Document test outcomes through detailed test reports and improve existing protocols and reports.

·        Design and build test fixtures and test setups to support product testing.

·        Collaborate with R&D, quality, and other departments to ensure seamless product development and testing processes.

Qualifications

·        Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, biomedical engineering, or a related discipline.

·        Minimum 2 years of experience in medical device verification/validation testing or R&D, preferably with cardiovascular or endovascular devices.

·        Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.

·        Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).

·        Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

·        Excellent written and spoken English
