Economy Manager

About the job:

In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data and business trends to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and improve company performance. This role involves collecting, analyzing, and presenting data for various departments across the organization, while closely collaborating with sales, marketing, and business development teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze data from multiple systems to identify business trends and provide insights for marketing and operational activities.

- Conduct performance analysis, benchmark KPIs, and identify areas for process optimization and increased productivity.

- Prepare management reports and dashboards to present insights to company leadership and support decision-making.

- Identify opportunities for process improvement and provide recommendations to enhance organizational and marketing efficiency.

- Work closely with sales, marketing, and business development teams to understand their needs and provide tailored analyses.

- Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) and identify unusual trends or opportunities for improvement.

- Use advanced data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.

- Develop business models and financial forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Economics, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or related disciplines)

- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role (Business Analyst, Financial Planning, or Economic Analysis)

- Proficiency in Excel and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau, with knowledge of SQL – mandatory

- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking

- Experience working with complex data and a deep understanding of trend and process analysis

- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior management

- Ability to translate data into actionable business insights and present them clearly to the executive team
