VP of Business Development

Job Description:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Biz Dev to join our fast growing team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and managing relationships with publishers, content providers, and other partners in the Connected TV space. The candidate should also have experience with the ad tech ecosystem and be comfortable with managing campaigns, trafficking ads, and analyzing performance data.

As a Business Development manager, you’ll be in charge of managing QuickCast's offering to both direct and programmatic media partners. To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be an a well-rounded, self-driven and persuasive Biz Dev Person, with deep understanding of the latest trends, technologies, and emerging business models.

Main responsibilities:

·       Develop and manage relationships with publishers, content creators, and other partners in the OTT

space, including negotiating partnership agreements, managing revenue share arrangements, and

ensuring timely and accurate payments.

·        Implement, test and optimize campaigns on behalf of our partners, while promoting constant

improvements.

·        Create and analyze daily performance reports.

·        Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly performance goals.

·        Troubleshoot & assist operational & technical issues.

·        Monitor industry trends and best practices, and provide thought leadership on emerging business

models, technologies, and industry dynamics.

Requirements:

·        Minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital media industry, with a focus on international publishers

relations.

· High-level proficiency in written and spoken English – a must.

·        Strong understanding of the OTT space and the digital media industry, including the latest trends,

technologies, and emerging business models

· Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with partners.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to

both technical and non-technical audiences

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a deep understanding of data-driven decision making

· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, while also collaborating

effectively with cross-functional teams

·        BA/BSc degree in a relevant field. - advantage
