Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a product manager with a proven track record of delivering impactful products.
• You have a deep understanding of the product cycle. You have a bias for action and can break down complex problems into steps that drive product development at speed.
• You are analytical and experienced in working both with qualitative insights and quantitative data to drive product decisions. You know your way around, analytics tools as well as user interviews and surveys.
• You are staying ahead of desktop and mobile best practices, developments and trends.
• Great English and Hebrew, both conversational and written. You are self-driven, you take ownership and feel comfortable making decisions without consensus.
• You are a great communicator. You can explain the rationale of any decision, strategic or tactical.
• You can motivate, lead and champion people, teams and products without “formal” authority.
  
  

• Create an optimal experience for different user personas that use our product
• Create habits of use amongst our customers (commercial beekeepers)
• Discover additional value and features that our customers need and want
  
  

• Set the mid-term (~1 year) vision as well as taking part in the long term roadmap for BeeHero’s product, with the right measurements of success and KPIs.
• Make this vision a reality in partnership with UX, engineering, and internal partner teams.
• Learn from customer feedback, behavioral measurements, and other data sources to craft better experiences and ensure we are building the right features over time that will actually move the needle.
• Create a product that people use, and more importantly, love using. Do this by thinking like them and understand their challenges.
• Collaborate and generate alignment with cross-functional teams by setting clear direction, providing context and making sure everyone is working towards the same goal.
• Take full responsibility and ownership of the product all the way from inception to production.
• Travel 2-3 times a year to meet with customers and internal stakeholders, currently in the US.
