Marketing Project Manager - Temporary (7-9 months)

MATERNITY LEAVE COVER, approximately 9 months.

Hybrid position out of our Petah Tikva, HQ.

Pentera is a hyper-growth cybersecurity unicorn dedicated to helping companies validate and improve their cybersecurity resilience. With 1,000 customers worldwide, we are focused on growing our community and customer marketing efforts.

As a Marketing Project Manager, you will be a key member of our customer marketing team, working hand in hand on the execution of on-site and online events for our customers across the USA, Europe, and APAC.

We seek a well-organized and collaborative project manager with a positive attitude and a passion for marketing. You will work closely with your fellow marketing colleagues as well as other internal teams.

Reporting to our Director of Customer Marketing, this role requires exceptional collaboration and organizational skills, resourcefulness, and the ability to deliver results through cross-functional alignment and communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage customer SWAG and strategic gifting operations: design, manufacturing, purchase and shipping worldwide.
• Administrate all marketing financial operations -budget management, proposals and contracts, invoices and documentation.
• Work with sales and customer success teams to identify branding and gifting opportunities and enhance customer engagement.
• Assist with organizing promotional events.
• Coordinate the marketing department calendar.
