Our local company expertise in driving best-in-class solutions in cardiac ablation, stroke care and intracardiac imaging. As a Doc Control and Optimization Team Leader, you will lead the organization's document control activities and record management to ensure company compliance with documentation procedures and proper documentation control.

Leads Computerized System Validation, responsible for maintaining and improving PLM system usability and efficiency, and direct responsibility for Documentation Experts, Documentation Systems Project Managers, and Q-CSV lead.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure high quality of document revision, change control, and compliance with standards.
• Lead continuous improvement of the ECO and Document Control processes.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance PLM system usability and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain the company-wide Record Management program.
• Lead Computerized System Validation in line with regulatory requirements (e.g., GxP, Part 11).
• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of 10 members while ensuring adherence to Health, Safety, and Environmental practices.
  
  

• BSc in engineering / BA in Quality Assurance/ Practical Engineer Diploma
• Qualification in Quality Assurance (CQE, CQM or CQA) – an advantage
• Experience in the Medical Device industry or medical field
• Experience as a people leader – an advantage
• Experience with evaluation and auditing of suppliers – an advantage
• Leadership experience and effective communication skills, including English proficiency.
• Project management, problem solving, leading multidisciplinary projects and processes, Good sense of urgency.
