An Android Developers Team Lead for a large successful company in Rehovot.

Responsibilities:

-Lead and mentor a team of Android developers, providing guidance and support in their professional growth

-Supervise the design, development and execution of Code Review

-Ensure best practices in coding, testing and deployment are followed

-Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business objectives

-Analyze and improve application performance, reliability and user experience

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in Mobile development, with a focus on Android
• Experience in leading and managing a development team
• Expertise in Android SDK and development tools
• Experience working in a methodical environment (regulatory) - an advantage
