We are looking for a Financial Operations Specialist. This role requires providing professional support to clients and suppliers (banks, insurance companies, and other entities), managing the company’s day-to-day operations, and handling data and document-based processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing operational support to clients and suppliers (banks, insurance companies, collections).
• Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the business (checking case statuses, handling crises, improving customer experience).
• Data entry, document review, and working in an organized manner with checklists.
• Offering financial and professional support to the company's clients.

Job Terms:

• Location: Remote work from anywhere in the world.
• Payment: Invoice-based.
• Working hours: Flexible hours, working with suppliers and clients in Israel.
• Workload: 30-35 hours per week.
• Eligible candidates may work as mortgage advisors and increase their working hours.

Requirements:

• At least five years of professional experience in the business sector and/or financial consulting (mortgages, insurance, family finance).
• High financial literacy.
• Ability to work independently, with proactivity and management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a bureaucratic environment.
• Good proficiency in technologies and tools such as Excel.
• Willingness to undergo a one-month paid training process in the fields of customer service, business operations, and finance.
