Position Overview:

The Operations Manager will oversee Sett's production department, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality content for mobile gaming companies. This role focuses on optimizing workflows, coordinating with product and development teams, and enhancing QA processes to support our innovative content solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong operations and project management skills, a background in content production, and a collaborative approach to refining production methods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring efficient workflows and timely delivery of engaging content for gaming clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, product, and development, to ensure alignment with business objectives and to leverage technological solutions for process enhancements.
• Manage resource allocation, scheduling, and team coordination to maximize productivity and streamline content development and QA activities.
• Maintain operational workflows that support content quality assurance, minimizing potential bottlenecks.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Identify and address any issues affecting timelines, assess impacts, and update relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Support and guide the production team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Delegate tasks effectively while maintaining project oversight and integrity in planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 1-2 years of experience in operations or production management, ideally within the gaming, advertising, or media sectors.
• Strong understanding of digital content production workflows, with an emphasis on QA and process optimization.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Asana, or Monday.com).
• Highly organized, with strong multitasking skills and a quick, proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Familiarity with creative software such as Unity, After Effects, or similar tools commonly used in content production is a plus.
• Excellent decision-making and communication skills, crucial for effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred: Experience in a startup environment, with an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Knowledge of content creation processes and an awareness of mobile gaming trends.

Bonus Points:

• Experience in the mobile gaming industry and a strong understanding of its dynamics.
• Familiarity with performance marketing.
• Background as a post producer or in a content position.
