Qualitest is growing and we are looking for our next EHS Manager to join our team in Rehovot!

Job Description

• Manage site operations, including facilities, maintenance, and infrastructure.
• Implement EHS policies, ensuring safety, compliance, and environmental responsibility.
• Lead engineering teams, manage preventive maintenance for cleanroom machinery (WFI, Bio Reactor systems), and update maintenance procedures.
• Oversee tenant services, monitor KPIs, and ensure service alignment with business needs.
• Manage insurance programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Lead operational activities (permits, security, janitorial, pest control) and EHS strategies.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet service and compliance goals.
  
  

• 5+ years of team and project management experience.
• Proven Facility Manager with budget management and planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in global organizations and working with diverse teams.
• Fluent in English; willing to travel within Israel.
