Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager who reports to the CTO to lead the development and management of our Electronic Data Capture (EDC) and EHR2EDC products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare technology and product management and a deep understanding of clinical trials in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Develop and execute the products roadmap, aligning with the company's overall strategy and customer needs.
• ·Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform product decisions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the products meet all relevant regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA guidelines.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, clinical operations, sales, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products.
• User Experience: Advocate for the user by ensuring that the product design and features are intuitive and meet the needs of healthcare professionals and patients.
• Product Development: Lead the product development process, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the products.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the products and identify areas for improvement.
• Prioritization: Set clear priorities for the product team based on business goals, customer feedback, and market needs. Continuously evaluate and adjust priorities to ensure focus on the most impactful initiatives.
• Decision-Making: Make informed, timely decisions in an environment with competing demands. Balance short-term needs with long-term product vision, always considering the broader impact on the business.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Management, Business, or a related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is a plus.
• Experience: 5+ years of product management experience, focusing on healthcare technology systems.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of healthcare IT systems, data standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR), and cloud-based solutions.
• Regulatory Knowledge: understanding healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, GDPR, and FDA requirements.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Customer Focus: A passion for understanding and solving customer problems, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet customer needs.
• Prioritization and Decision-Making: Demonstrated ability to prioritize effectively and make sound decisions quickly, especially under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile development processes.
• Knowledge of Clinical Trials: Understanding of clinical trial processes and how EDC systems are used in clinical research.
• Previous Experience in a Start-Up Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
