Chief Operating Officer

We're looking for a COO

We are one of Israel's leading and most established advertising and communication groups, is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join the executive leadership team. The group consists of 15 companies offering comprehensive services in traditional advertising, digital marketing, public relations, media, and content, catering to Israel’s largest and most prominent brands.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operational activities across the group, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of all subsidiaries.

• Oversee the integration and coordination among the various companies, maintaining consistent performance standards.

• Monitor performance metrics (KPIs) for each subsidiary and report to the corporate CEO and board of directors.

• Drive digital transformation efforts, adopting innovative technologies to enhance services in advertising, media, and digital marketing.

• Develop and implement the group’s AI strategy, ensuring up-to-date capabilities through cutting-edge tools and technologies.

• Foster collaboration between subsidiaries and oversee cross-company projects, ensuring unified client experiences.

• Manage budgets and hold full P&L responsibility to improve operational efficiency and profitability.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of senior operational management experience, preferably in the media or digital marketing industry.

• Proven track record in leading multi-company groups and driving digital transformation.

• Strong leadership abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience in managing complex organizational processes and cross-functional teams.
