HRIS Specialist

A successful company in Caesarea is looking for an HRIS Specialist to maintain and support the company's HR system, it is about supporting a global HR team

What You'll Do:

• Provide daily support to various HR departments, both globally and locally, as well as end-users and collaborating with external providers across multiple HR systems- ATS, LMS, and ERP modules.

• Maintain and customize SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors, with a focus on operational tasks and system improvements.

• Collaborate with HR teams to address their system needs, offering training and guidance to optimize system use.

• Lead data migration and integration efforts focusing on practical solutions and support.

• Provide continuous production support for system changes, conducting system testing, and resolving emerging issues.

• Monitor and improve system performance by identifying and implementing process improvements.

• Generate and analyze HRIS data to support HR operations and decision-making.

• 3+ years of experience in an HRIS role, with significant hands-on system support responsibilities.

• Expertise in SAP HR modules (PA, OM, ESS)/ SAP SuccessFactors and their integration

• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical, day-to-day support to HR users.

• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with HR teams and external providers.

• High level of English.

• Ability to train HR users and create clear user documentation.
