QA & Technical Support Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated QA & Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This hybrid role involves quality assurance for a complex fullstack application and a Linux-based agent running multiple services. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring software quality and providing frontline technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance:

• Develop and execute manual and automated test plans for a fullstack web application built with Node.js and React.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing for the application and its components.
• Test Linux-based agents running Python, Node.js, and other microservices.
• Design test cases and scenarios based on requirements and user stories.
• Troubleshoot and document bugs, ensuring high quality and consistency.
• Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and validate fixes.
  
  

• Provide technical support to clients for both the web application and the Linux-based agents.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to application deployments and agent configurations.
• Handle queries related to cloud environments (primarily AWS) and networking.
• Assist clients in troubleshooting complex problems involving integrations and multiple services.
  
  

• 2+ years in a QA role testing fullstack applications.
• 1+ years of experience providing frontal technical support for Linux-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with Node.js and React testing.
• Experience with cloud-based deployments and troubleshooting (AWS preferred).
• Experience with Linux command-line and scripting
• Proficiency in testing web applications and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• Familiarity with Docker and Containerized applications.
• Experience working with logging and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK stack, Grafana).
• Knowledge of networking concepts.
  
  

• Strong understanding of microservice architectures and communication between distributed services.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Exposure to Kubernetes.
• Experience with programming languages.
• Familiarity with security testing or compliance frameworks
