The SharePoint and 365 specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SharePoint and 365 solutions tailored to our organization’s business needs. We are looking for someone with a strong background in SharePoint and 365 applications with a focus on efficiency, security and knowledge management.

This role requires a deep understanding of SharePoint architecture and Power Platform solution design, along with best practices for performance optimization. Additionally, a passion for leveraging these tools to drive business improvements is essential.

Responsibilities

• Precising organizational SharePoint strategy with best practices for enterprise organizations and up to date technology.
• Develop and implement strategies for efficient content management and collaboration (knowledge management).
• Design and enforce a robust permissions model to ensure appropriate access control.
• Implement security protocols, such as data encryption, labelling, DLP and more.
• Develop custom solutions to extend Power Platform and SharePoint functionality.
• Provide user training on best practices for SharePoint and 365 usage.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SharePoint and Office 365 issues.
• Enhance users productivity by adopting Office 365 applications, such as Microsoft Teams, form, list etc.
  
  

• At least 2 years of proven experience as a SharePoint Architect or similar role.
• Proven experience with Power Platform development.
• Knowledge on SharePoint cloud best practices implementation for big organization
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
