Information System Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our dynamic team at a major construction firm. This role is essential for overseeing and developing our organizational information systems across all branches and sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish policies for information systems and develop procedures, ensuring their implementation.
• Lead the implementation of solutions and processes within SAP, enhancing and streamlining business operations.
• Ensure the availability and reliability of organizational systems and technology infrastructures.
• Identify and implement advanced technologies to improve and support business processes.
• Oversee information security, risk management, and promote initiatives for improvement and solution implementation.
• Develop work plans to enhance and evolve systems in line with organizational needs.
• Plan and manage the IT budget, tracking and developing efficiency improvement programs.

Qualifications:

• Professional training in Information Systems Management – required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in a construction company) – required.
• Experience in managing IT support services and liaising with external parties.
• Proven track record of working with vendors and service providers.
• Knowledge and experience in managing an annual budget.
