Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Strategic Accounts: Oversee and manage key client relationships, ensuring the highest service standards.
• Domain Expertise: Provide thought leadership in recruiting senior R&D and technology roles, guiding best practices and innovation in sourcing.
• Sourcing Leadership: Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent across diverse platforms and networks.
• C-Level Collaboration: Work closely with C-suite executives and internal recruiters to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
• Systems Proficiency: Utilize various recruitment platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Commit, Lever) and CRM systems to streamline processes and maintain candidate pipelines.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2-5 years as a technology-focused recruiter with a proven track record in sourcing for senior R&D roles.
• LinkedIn Recruiter Expertise: Demonstrated experience using LinkedIn Recruiter as a primary sourcing tool.
• Industry Knowledge: Up-to-date understanding of key players and trends in both local and global tech markets.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with at least one recruiting system such as Greenhouse, Commit, or Lever.
• Hiring Manager Partnership: Experience collaborating closely with hiring managers to drive successful recruitment outcomes.
• AI Familiarity: Hands-on experience with AI-powered recruitment tools to enhance sourcing and evaluation efficiency.
• Multitasking & Communication: Exceptional multitasking abilities and strong communication skills for high-stakes recruitment processes.
• Sales & Marketing: High level of service orientation paired with strong marketing and sales skills to engage and attract top talent.
• Tech Literacy: Strong understanding of current technological concepts, trends, and terminology in the tech space.
