Bookkeeper

We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to manage essential financial operations within the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of bookkeeping tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Invoicing: Managing the creation and distribution of invoices for customers, ensuring accurate tracking of payments, and overseeing timely collection of outstanding amounts.
• Accounts Payable: Handling payments to suppliers and service providers, including tracking incoming invoices, ensuring accurate and timely payments, and maintaining comprehensive transaction records.
• Expense Reporting: Overseeing the reporting, approval, and reimbursement of employee expenses, ensuring proper documentation and managerial approval for all submissions.
• Collections: Managing the collection process for overdue payments, tracking outstanding debts, and implementing effective steps to recover unpaid balances.
• Payroll Processing (Significant Advantage): Knowledge and experience in payroll processing are considered a major advantage. This includes calculating employee wages, managing deductions, issuing pay slips, processing payments to employees and tax authorities, and ensuring compliance with social contribution and reporting regulations. Expertise in payroll will be a strong asset for this role.
  
  

• Certified bookkeeper (Minimum level 2, Type 3 is an advantage)
• 3+ years of bookkeeping experience. Hi-Tech or multi-national company – an advantage
• High-level English (both spoken and written)
• Experience working with SAP – R3 – Big Advantage
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Team player and service-oriented
• The high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
