We are looking for a Recruitment and Sourcing Team Lead to join our growing team.

At HR Home you will lead and manage the recruitment and sourcing team, driving strategic initiatives to attract top talent for complex technological positions with a leading tech company!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and managed the recruitment and sourcing team, focusing on recruiting for R&D, engineering, hardware, and software roles.
• Develop and implement creative and advanced sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and driving candidates through to the offer stage.
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand and meet the company's business needs.
• Utilize advanced recruitment systems and innovative sourcing tools to streamline and enhance recruitment processes.

Requirements:

• At least 7 years of experience managing recruitment and sourcing teams within technology companies.
• Proven experience recruiting for R&D, engineering, hardware, and software roles.
• Deep knowledge of various sourcing methods and technologies, ATS, and AI tools.
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead a professional recruitment team and manage large-scale hiring processes.
• High level of proficiency in English.
