Job Description

Your Career

As a Senior Technical Writer, you will own product documentation across several modules and capabilities of our cloud security offering. You will closely collaborate with product managers, developers and technical field representatives to make sure our customers have clear and concise guidance on using our products and utilizing them optimally.

Your Impact

Own and contribute to the customer and user experience of the market leading cloud security platform.

Shape one of the first experiences users meet when they deploy and use the product.

Contribute to efficiency and adoption by providing clear guidance to customers and saving a lot of valuable time from support professionals.

Supesharge product usage and adoption and help customers unlock value.

Qualifications

Your Experience

At least 5 years experience in technical writing in highly complex B2B systems.

Technical acumen and ability to work with technical products hands on.

Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multiple functions and teams.

Excellent Native English writing skills.

Nice To Have

Experience technical writing in Cyber Security
