Definition of role and responsibility

• Lead and mentor a team of system administrators, network engineers, help desk support, and Data security experts
• Ensure effective day to day handling of the team’s tickets queue and help with handling and prioritizing when needed, manage day-to-day activities, set goals, and provide guidance.
• Define and drive the technical vision for our projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and implement IT policies, standards, and procedures to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
• Monitor team's performance and drive continuous achievements and improvements
• Be a focal point of deep product knowledge for the team
• Conduct regular assessments of the IT infrastructure, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in IT management

The Team Leader needs to have a solid technical background and skills, as well as leadership background to effectively support and drive success of our Technical Support Team.

Full time position at the company's offices in Netanya. (Near Sapir/Poleg train station)

Necessary skills & experience:

• Course graduates (MCSA/MCITP/MCSE)
• Experience managing and leading a team of IT professionals
• Over 6 years of experience as a System Admin
• Have strong human relations capabilities
• Experience working with IT infrastructure and servers (in a Windows environment)
• Experience with cloud systems: Office 365, Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, etc.
• Experience with data security systems like: FortiGate, SentinelOne, Checkpoint - an advantage
• Experience and work with communication infrastructures - Juniper, Aruba, Cisco - an advantage

This role requires the ability to prioritize and multitask, solve complex problems, and manage incidents professionally as well as to inspire greatness and drive achievement of KPIs across the team.
