Payoneer is looking for a highly talented Growth Marketing Manager to join an extremely fast-growing global Fintech business.

The incumbent will be tasked to manage some of our initiatives for Global Payoneer Customers to help grow our revenue, volume processed & active customers. Your responsibilities will include working with our global marketing team, supporting and driving various initiatives, analyzing data & trends to identify new opportunities and manage cross-functional program streams to drive impact.

Working in a dynamic business environment you will be responsible for collaborating with remotely located teams, aligning on common objectives, and driving systematic & sustainable growth.

This role requires some travel.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment with an ability to deal with ambiguity. Candidate should possess strong business acumen and data understanding that enables him or her to drive engagement with stakeholders inside marketing and across GTM, operations, data and product. He/she should also be a self-starter who can identify opportunities for global initiatives to drive the team’s objectives and prepare the execution plans. This role provides opportunities to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.

What You’ll Be Spending Your Time On:

• Working with the Global Marketing team in supporting ongoing initiatives
• Managing cross-functional programs to optimize Payoneer’s customers retention and engagement
• Analyzing data & trends to confirm/disprove customer behavior hypothesis
• Preparing & presenting updates & plans with key stakeholders
• Conceptualizing & creating detailed work plans for new initiatives involving multiple teams
• Regularly interacting across functional areas with senior management to ensure unit objectives are met
• Developing long-term strategic relationships with key stakeholders
• Strong quantitative, analytical and conflict resolution abilities
• Driven by business goals, with a passion for business, marketing and data.

• At least 3 years of experience in growth marketing, revenue / business Operations in in a fast-moving business environment
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and defining implementation actions
• Ability to drive operational excellence through innovative initiatives
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Hebrew
• Team player,Fast Learner, High Attention to details

• Analytical and data oriented, strong in data backed decision making
• Proficient in the use of email & MS Office (esp PowerPoint), with strong written and verbal communications skills
  
  

• Experience in the Payments and Banking industry
• Experience with data analytics & BI tools
