Senior QA

We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer who is passionate about technology and inspired by great UX.

You’ll be instrumental in bringing features to the finish line while collaborating closely with developers, as well as with the Product, Data, and Machine Learning teams—all with the goal of delivering a seamless, joyful experience for our customers.

In this role you’ll

• Analyze product and tech requirement to identify test cases, ensuring an appropriate mix of manual and automated test coverage
• Mentor others in the team (developers, product managers) to promote effective quality assurance strategies and best practices
• Use data to assess the quality and identify improvement tasks that should be prioritized
• Provide an assessment of delivery readiness and collaborate with other teams to ensure timely release
• Lead and write automated tests to expedite the delivery while keeping high quality bar
• Help maintain our outstanding customer experience by having a diligent eye for UI details

What you’ll need

• 4+ years experience as a QA engineer
• Hands-on experience running manual tests on multiple platforms for user-facing products
• Ability to create beautifully written test plans, define testing strategies, and document knowledge
• Hands-on experience with testing API requests for complex systems
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, and the ability to lead quality processes
• Superior analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
• Have an automation mindset and strive to automate manual processes
• Experience with creating UI or API automation from scratch (familiarity with Cypress/Playwright, Loadmill, Pytest, etc. is a major advantage)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
