System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• In-house training to familiarize with the AS/400 system infrastructure.
• Ongoing maintenance of the AS/400 infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues.
• Advising development teams on efficient development practices.
• Monitoring and reviewing development projects moving to production.
• Setting up monitoring tools as needed.
• Developing application infrastructure for various organizational needs.
• Writing procedures and documentation.
• Specializing in infrastructure topics while implementing updates and innovations provided in new versions.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering / Graduate of a technological unit in the IDF (Mamram, 8200, Communications Corps, or equivalent units) / Advanced courses in Information Systems – Mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in AS/400 or RPG development or infrastructure management – Mandatory.
• Over 2 years of experience in RPG and CLP development – Mandatory.
• Required knowledge in AS/400 system administration.
