The Role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Facebook Campaign Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales and growth through effective Facebook advertising strategies.
Be Accountable For:
- Developing, implementing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns to maximize return on investment.
- Brainstorming and execution of new ideas using various targeting options and creatives.
- Analyze online trends, consumer behaviors, and market dynamics to inform advertising strategies.
- Design and refine marketing funnels to optimize customer journeys from awareness to conversion.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates and prediction performance metrics.
- Conduct A/B tests, analyze data, and produce reports for continuous optimization.
- Generate comprehensive reports on campaign performance, funnel analysis, and ROI, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align online advertising with overall performance and marketing goals.
- Continuously analyze data to identify opportunities and challenges within the online strategy.
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth.
The Right Person:
- Proven experience in managing Facebook Ads and PPC with a monthly budget of $200K or more.
- Familiarity with Google Ads is a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical and data-driven thinking skills, with proficiency in Excel and online analytics tools.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data in an actionable manner.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple campaigns.
- Experience in lead generation, D2C, and marketing funnels.
- Independent and highly motivated with a demonstrated ability to succeed.
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced industry.
- Strong written English, copy-editing skills.
- BA/BS in Economics, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Working days: Sunday-Thursday, hybrid and flexible, 3 working days from the office (Sunday, Monday and Wednesday). Wednesdays working hours are 14-22
