As an SEO lead, you will be part of a world-class marketing team, and be in charge of maximizing Bazaart’s organic search visibility on the web. This hands-on role requires a blend of technical SEO expertise, programmatic SEO, AI-driven SEO, content creation, and collaborative skills. What you'll do

• Plan and implement SEO strategies to enhance organic search visibility and drive traffic
• Conduct detailed website SEO audits and perform ongoing optimization
• Lead the creation and organization of SEO-driven content, such as templates, tutorials, blog posts, and more – including text, images, and videos
• Ensure all content materials are optimized for target keywords and user intent
• Regularly track and analyze website performance using SEO and analytics tools
• Make data-driven decisions to refine SEO strategies and report on ROI
• Work with devs, designers, content writers and AI tools to create SEO optimized content
• Experiment with SEO techniques and tools, such as AI-driven and programmatic SEO
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and algorithm updates

• Proven track record of impact in a previous position or side hassle
• Affinity to design, photo and video editing
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an SEO lead or similar role
• Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO practices, content management, keyword research and analytics
• Strong ability to produce quality content, including writing skills, image and video editing
• Technical know-how in wordpress websites, web development experience a bonus
• Excellent analytical skills to track and optimize performance
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• A proactive approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong commitment to ownership and to quickly following up on issues
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
