Job Description

The VP Operations role involves managing the day-to-day operations of the company, being involved in everything that happens within the company, large and small.

Working closely with the CEO to translate vision into action.

This is a versatile and diverse managerial role—a great position to quickly gain diverse experience, a ‘foot in the door’ for those with relevant skills who are looking to enter the startup world.

The position offered is a maternity leave replacement with the possibility of extension thereafter.

Responsibilities

·      Overseeing Daily Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the company to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.

·      Purchasing & Supplier Management: Manage communication with suppliers and customers; issue POs, Price Quotes, Orders; Negotiate prices and terms.

·      Grant Management: Manage Company’s grant submissions in Israel and abroad.

·      Ongoing Financial Monitoring: Supporting the finance department including reports, invoices & payments, salaries, company budget, etc.

·      Support Engineering and Marketing Teams in daily operations and special projects.

·      Legal Operations: Review, edit and approve simple agreements, gaining a deep understanding of the company's commitments.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative/operations role in a tech-oriented/fast paced environment.
• Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail - never let anything fall between the cracks.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with various interfaces
• An all-around team player - willingness to contribute in areas other than your defined job scope
• Mother tongue English and Hebrew- written and verbal communication skills
