Technical Lead

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor development teams.
• Drive large-scale project execution.
• Architect and implement advanced technological solutions.
• Maintain high code quality and system performance.
• Collaborate across teams to align technological strategies.

Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years experience in .NET (C#) development with deep understanding of ASP.NET systems.
• 5+ years Front-end development experience with React and Angular.
• 3+ years working with SQL Server and MongoDB.
• 2+ years NodeJS experience.
• Proficiency in writing and consuming RESTful services .
• Experience with Source Control tools (TFS and Git).
• Familiarity with Jira.
• IIS knowledge.
• CI/CD tools experience (e.g., Jenkins).
• Docker and Kubernetes.

Additional Qualifications:

• Agile methodology experience.
• Familiarity with Kibana and Splunk.
• Cloud Platforms knowledge (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience writing services for Amazon.
• Proven track record in leading development teams.
• Deep understanding of software architecture and object-oriented development models.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with the financial domain is a plus.
