- Customer Club Strategy Development: Planning activities aimed at improving the loyalty of the group's brand customers and attracting new customers.
- Loyalty Program Management: Developing and maintaining the loyalty and rewards program, including points, exclusive benefits, and discounts, while aligning it with customer needs and business goals.
- Customer Database Management: Maintaining and updating the customer database, including data collection, data cleaning, and managing profiles and contact details.
- Marketing Campaign Planning and Execution: Designing customer journeys, creating targeted marketing campaigns for club members, including email, SMS messages, and social media activities.
- Data Analysis: Analyzing loyalty program performance, understanding customer preferences, behaviors, and needs through data analysis, creating segments and audiences, measuring the impact of campaigns on engagement and business results, and optimizing club activities.
- Collaboration and Integrated Work: Working with marketing, digital, sales, customer service, and IT teams to ensure that the club supports overall business objectives.
Requirements:
Previous Experience:
- At least 2-4 years of experience in marketing or management roles within customer clubs, customer service, or similar project management.
- Familiarity with CRM systems: Experience working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and marketing automation technologies.
Education:
A bachelor's degree in marketing, management, economics, or a relevant field.
Professional Skills:
- Data Analysis Skills: Strong data analysis skills, with experience working with analytical tools (such as Excel, Google Analytics, PowerBI, Qlik Sense) for performance analysis and report generation.
- Marketing Skills: Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and loyalty programs, including creating customer journeys tailored to specific audiences.
- Understanding of Marketing Technologies: Familiarity with technological tools and digital marketing solutions, including content management systems, data analytics platforms, and marketing automation software.
Personal Skills:
- Team Management Ability: Experience in managing and motivating teams, including recruiting, training, and evaluating employees.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to handle and solve problems creatively and quickly.
