.NET Developer

A Fintech company developing a risk management system has built an AWS-based SaaS platform that consolidates all trading, clearing, back-office, and regulatory reporting systems into one solution.

Located in central Israel (near a train line), the company operates a hybrid work model with two days per week from home. The company has a global workforce of around 150 employees, with 50 based in Israel, most of whom are in R&D.

Founded in 2015, the company’s risk management system is complex and challenging, particularly as it is designed for banks, incorporating a security layer, extensive data management (working with MongoDB), and other advanced technologies.

The software architecture is based on Microservices that communicate via RabbitMQ, all hosted on AWS. The role also involves tackling Big Data challenges. Among the company's investors, some of whom are also clients, are four of the world's largest banks: JP Morgan, Citi Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Credit Suisse.

Role Overview: Backend development as part of a team of 5 developers, reporting to the team leader.

Tech Stack: .Net Core, AWS, Microservices, Multithreading.

Requirements-

• 2-4 years' experience in Backend development.
• 3 years' experience with .Net Core.
• Hands-on experience with Multithreading.
• Proven knowledge and experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably AWS) is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle complex systems.
