***Responsibilities:***

• Managing all aspects of the recruitment team's human capital

• Responsibility for the team's professional competency, task prioritization, training new employees

• Responsibility for meeting KPIs

• Data analysis, presentation, drawing conclusions, and deriving action items

• Implementing improvement processes

• Working with senior interfaces in the company

***Job Requirements:***

·      Excellent Hebrew and English - writing, reading, and speaking

·      5+ years of experience as a recruitment manager in a large global company (over 500 employees in Israel)

·      3+ years of direct management experience (at least 5 employees)

·      Process understanding, excellent communication skills, outstanding interpersonal skills, analytical abilities, assertiveness, KPI management

·      Significant knowledge in Excel, preparing presentations and delivering presentations in Hebrew and English

·       Experience working with recruitment systems, report extraction, data analysis
