triLift Marketing Manager

Main Duties:

• The Marketing Manager will lead the Marketing activities for a fast growing segment and provide a broad range of marketing support to the unit group.

Primary Tasks:

• Manage the development of new B2B and B2C campaigns, including commercials and influencers activities
• Manage the social media channels and work with service providers to develop and execute successful data driven strategy
• Develop marketing materials and activities according to brand guidelines in cooperation with product managers, regional marketing, and other relevant functions.
• Create and update collaterals, web content, brochures, practice enhancement kits, , newsletters, banners, ads, video and sales tools.
• Support product launches with marketing and campaign productions.
• Develop creative concepts for consideration in various marketing materials.
• Assist in the development and execution of online strategies that include web promotion, search engine marketing and social .media
• Perform marketing analysis of Lumenis online assets, social media and campaigns performance. Provide ongoing reporting and marketing insights and optimization recommendations
• Responsible for art directing, storyboarding and message development for creative design work for various online and offline ads, signage and marketing materials
• Manage multiple external vendors and explore new options where relevant

Requirements:

• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration
• Minimum of 7 Years of marketing experience
• Excellent English, native speaker
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing high scale campaigns, influencers activities and working with big advertising agencies
• Experience with managing social media channels and content creation
• Experience with online marketing tools and/or marketing automation tools is a plus
• Requires excellent written and verbal communications
• Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage projects
• Resourcefulness in solving problems
• Excellent people skills and an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
