Frontend Team Lead

*Responsibilities:*

- Lead a team of frontend developers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Backend) to implement new features and improve existing ones.

- Architect and maintain the frontend infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance, particularly with real-time data.

- Maintain regular communication with the VP R&D and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and product vision.

- Mentor and guide developers, conducting code reviews and fostering best practices in coding, testing, and design.

- Take ownership of the frontend roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

- Actively contribute to hands-on coding while managing the team's workload and priorities.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve the performance and scalability of applications.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and trends, and integrate new solutions as needed.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer, with deep knowledge of *TypeScript*, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

- 3+ years of experience leading a development team.

- Strong experience with modern frontend development tools and frameworks:

- *Bundler, **Vite* (for both Desktop/Mobile applications), *Rollup* (for package management).

- *ReactJS* as the main library.

- UI Design with *MUI (Material-UI)* and *Styled Components*.

- Proficiency in *MUI Datagrid X Pro* for complex data grids and tables.

- Experience with *Redux RTK* for state management.

- *Sentry* for error monitoring and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with real-time communication using *WebSockets*.

- Ability to collaborate with backend teams to manage data flow and application structure.

- Strong communication skills and experience working in agile development environments.

- Proven ability to design scalable and performant frontend applications, particularly in real-time data contexts.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in a startup environment.

- *Native app development experience* (React Native, iOS/Android).

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines for frontend deployment.

- Knowledge of performance optimization for mobile and desktop applications.

- Experience with A/B testing and feature flagging.
