Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist (C&B)

The role entails managing and assessing compensation frameworks for the designated unit, covering base salaries, incentive structures, and performance-related rewards. This position involves collaborating with senior leadership to ensure that compensation strategies align with business goals, enhance employee retention, maintain internal fairness, and remain competitive with the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic partner and advisor to senior management and other key stakeholders, including finance, legal, HR business partners, and recruiters.
• Support the execution and oversight of the organization’s compensation processes, with a focus on accuracy and data quality.
• Participate in compensation and benefits surveys, analyze market trends, and provide insights to drive decision-making.
• Perform in-depth analysis of compensation initiatives, such as annual salary reviews, benchmarking, and salary range development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• A minimum of five years’ experience in compensation and benefits or a similar area; experience with sales compensation is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of designing compensation packages and incentive schemes.
• Excellent analytical abilities with advanced Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with current labor regulations is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with both quantitative and qualitative research.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related analytical field.
• Proficiency in English.
• Highly trustworthy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
