Vice President Marketing

A highly innovative tech company, rapidly scaling after successful funding rounds, is looking for a talented VP of Marketing to lead their global marketing efforts. With a growing team of over 100 employees, they are seeking someone to develop and execute a marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, demand generation, and customer acquisition.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives and supports company growth in key markets.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering collaboration and a results-oriented culture.
• Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, content, social media, PR, and events, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and market positioning.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to create and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Manage demand generation efforts, optimizing campaigns to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, agencies, and media outlets to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation.
• Analyze marketing performance data to inform data-driven decisions and continuously improve strategies for increased ROI.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the company maintains a leadership position in the tech space.
