Site Operation Manager - future relocation

We are looking for a Site Operation Manager to join our Aviation Division.

What will you do

• :Managing the establishment of a conversion site for 777 aircraft for cargo operations abroad, including overseeing the setup phase and preparations
• .Leading preparation processes, such as equipping the site with specialized tools, developing a workforce training plan, establishing procedures for site establishment and operations, and managing budgets and logistics
• .Implementing the work plan and executing conversions while adhering to schedules and business objectives
• .Conducting regular meetings and discussions with all stakeholders involved in site setup, including internal departments and external parties
• .Planning, monitoring, and executing site establishment processes
• .Organizing and managing logistics activities at the conversion site, as well as planning and monitoring procurement processes related to conversions
• .Providing technical support and problem-solving in collaboration with the engineering department
• .Managing budgets and meeting financial targets
• .Leading the fulfillment of contractual requirements
• .team, and coordinating with the conversion site

What we’re looking fo

• r:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields – mandator
• y.At least 10 years of experience in the civil aviation industry – mandator
• y.Minimum 5 years of experience in cargo conversion, with expertise in aircraft conversion processe
• s.Project management experience in aircraft conversio
• n.Proven business acumen and negotiation skill
• s.Experience establishing new frameworks and managing large-scale project
• s.Experience working with international clients/supplier
• s.MBA – an advantag
• e.Civil Aviation Authority license – an advantag
• e.Willingness to relocate in the futur
