We are looking for a responsible, independent, and professional accountant who is a team player, able to thrive in a fast-growing company, and deliver within strict deadlines. You will join our professional finance team and be part of the company's global bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Responsible of AP cycle management: record invoices against POs, approval cycle, prepare payments, reconciliations
• Credit card reconciliations
• Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, including but not limited to: banking, vendor, accruals, etc.
• Add-hoc tasks that you will be required to deliver on defined time lines.
• Completeness, accuracy and time manner is required in all the above responsibilities.
  
  

• 4 years of experience as a bookkeeper in hi-tech and international companies
• Experience working in global companies with multi-currency environment
• Excellent Excel skills
• Fluent in English – speaking and writing
• Experience in NetSuite (big advantage)
• System oriented 
• Team player
• Strong attention to details and ability to multi-task
