Software Team Lead

A global cybersecurity company develops a patented endpoint security system designed to anticipate attacker moves, thereby preventing attacks before they occur. The company has secured over $55 million in funding and employs around 100 people worldwide, with the majority based in Israel.

To enhance employee convenience, the company operates two development centers—one in Tel Aviv near a train station and another in Be'er Sheva close to public transport.

The company supports a hybrid work model, allowing for three days of remote work each week.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 9 core developers working on endpoint security features.

• Design end-to-end solutions for advanced security threats, with a focus on long-term impact and scalability.

• Prioritize development tasks and initiatives in alignment with business goals, ensuring timely delivery of key features and improvements.

• Collaborate closely with the Product and CTO team to understand feature requirements and translate them into technical tasks.

• Make critical technical and architectural decisions that will influence the future direction of the platform.

• Ensure the team is implementing best practices in terms of code quality, security standards, and system performance.

• Serve as a point of escalation for complex technical challenges, providing guidance and solutions.

Requirements-

• Multiple years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C/C++ and system-level programming.

• Multiple years of experience leading a technical team in a fast-paced development environment.

• Deep knowledge of Windows OS internals, with experience in designing secure and scalable Agent solutions.

• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and initiatives while leading a team to deliver high-quality results.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with product and executive teams.

• Demonstrated ability to make critical technical decisions that balance business requirements, technical feasibility, and long-term scalability.

• Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms.

• Experience with security solutions such as endpoint protection or threat detection is a plus.
