Back End Developer

A startup company developing a ChatGPT-based platform for code testing and validation is seeking to advance its technology for verifying code correctness using AI.

The primary product, called TestGPT, is built on tools developed by the AI company, serving as the foundation for an additional system that analyzes code, learns the contexts, and constructs a series of queries sent to a dedicated model.

Currently, there are thousands of users on a waiting list eager to access this tool, with large clients already utilizing the product and expressing high satisfaction.

Founded in 2022 by two experienced entrepreneurs who sold their previous startups, the company successfully raised $11 million in Seed funding from leading industry funds

Located in Tel Aviv, near a train line, and operates in a hybrid work model.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Be part of the core team developing the backend of a complex AI-based system for testing and optimizing existing code based on language models (LLM).
• Focus primarily on backend development in Python, with some work in TypeScript.
• Develop new features and collaborate with the team on system enhancements.
• Work with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Kubernetes, Microservices, and GitHub Actions.

Requirements

• 5 years of hands-on experience building high-performing, internet scale SaaS APIs
• Solid expertise in Python, NodeJS or similar, modern backend languages
• Deep understanding of the architecture of SaaS applications running in AWS/GCP
• You bring an independent, entrepreneurial attitude and are excited about working in a fast-paced, uncertain, and big-vision environment.
