Our boutique law firm specializing in capital markets is expanding and seeking a lawyer with at least 3 years of experience who are eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Job Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in drafting prospectuses, regulatory filings, and board meeting protocols.
• Strong knowledge of capital markets, corporate law, and M&A transactions. 
• Excellent legal research, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing teams of lawyers (advantage).
• Full proficiency in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to manage client portfolios, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
