ELINT Systems Engineer

The ELTA Systems Division is seeking an ELINT Systems Engineer.

What will you do:

• The Systems Engineer in the ELINT Department accompanies the development of the system from the proposal stage through system development, integration support in the laboratory, and up to the delivery phase to the customer.
• The Systems Engineer analyzes customer requirements, defines system characteristics and requirements for the development teams, and supports integration and testing processes in the laboratory and at the customer site.
• The role includes travel abroad several times a year.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or Software Engineering - mandatory.
• Master’s degree in Systems Engineering - an advantage.
• At least 3 years of experience in an integrator role, such as engineering integration or experience in circuit design/hardware development or RT embedded development - mandatory.
• Experience in elite technological units in a technician/engineering role - an advantage.
• Background in algorithm development, experience with MATLAB - an advantage.
• High-level English proficiency - writing, reading, speaking.
