Quality Coordinator - Transworld Logistics

Transworld Logistics is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to manage and oversee our quality system in all its aspects and components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the quality system and ensure it is utilized exclusively by authorized personnel.
• Oversee the quality system, which encompasses several areas of responsibility under the purview of the Quality Coordinator.

Responsibilities include:

• Document management and record control
• Internal quality audits
• Handling incidents and complaints
• Implementing corrective and preventive actions
• Documenting, consolidating, and conducting statistical analysis of complaints, incidents, corrective actions, and deficiency reports.
• Provide support to quality officers within the organization, ensuring the management and implementation of quality-related matters in all departments.
