System Engineer

Requirements

 Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Aeronautics/ Software Engineering, or

a related field.

 Proven track record of 5+ years of hands-on experience in leading systems

engineering activities of complex multidisciplinary systems, with a focus on

embedded systems, aerospace, AI and computer vision.

 Experience working directly with customers and representing the company interests

in front of them

 Great system view and understanding of user needs transformation to requirements

and design.

 Experience in integrating systems on various aircraft types.

 Practical knowledge of complete development lifecycle processes such as traditional

waterfall as well as Agile methodologies.

 Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical capabilities, and attention to detail, with

the ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet aggressive

deadlines.

 Effective communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and

insights to diverse stakeholders, including executives, engineers, customers, and

partners.

 Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-

functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

 Hard worker with a can-do approach, who loves to be hands on.

 Holding an advanced degree in Systems Engineering

 Hands-on development experience with image/video processing based systems,

Edge AI systems, IoT devices, and camera sensors, combined with cloud based

systems.

 With deep understanding of defense and aerospace systems, including avionics and

the associated avionics certification processes (Environmental/EMC Qualification,

• Airworthiness, RAMS, etc.)
