Reports to: CRM Team Leader

Location: Afek Industrial Park, Rosh Ha'Ayin

What will you do?

• You will be responsible to end-to-end key projects in the CRM domain
• Analysis of business needs and design solutions based on Salesforce Sales, Service and Experience cloud.
• Analysis of existing processes and their current implementation to adjust it with new requirements.
• Write detailed design documents to describe current implementation and suggested solution.
• Implementation of new business requirements
• Provide hands-on Support for users on their day-to-day tasks, including troubleshooting and data fixing

What should you have?

• 2+ years of Salesforce implementation experience
• Skilled with complex flows and data migrations
• Experience in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud
• Experience in supporting and training system users.
• Must be a team player
• Fluent in English – a must.
• Experience with Form Titan – an advantage
• Salesforce Admin certification - an advantage
• BSc in Industrial Engineering\ Information systems – an advantage
