Production Planning and Control Engineer

Our Aviation Division is looking for a Production Planning and Control Engineer to join the team!

What will you do:

• Preparing, managing, and monitoring production and development project plans.
• Supporting production lines with supplies, raw materials, hardware, and sub-assembly items.
• Systematically managing item balances.
• Providing regular reports to management on various topics such as production status, budget, quality, and project workload.
• Shortening the supply chain and implementing cost reduction strategies.
• Integrating various operational bodies throughout all stages of the project.
• Risk management.
• Working with various interfaces within the production line.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management (Production Management/Information Systems) - Mandatory.
• Experience in a similar role – Significant advantage.
• High proficiency in OFFICE applications, especially EXCEL and MS-PROJECT.
• Strong technical and managerial abilities.
• Analytical skills, leadership, ability to handle pressure, excellent interpersonal communication skills, a proactive attitude, and willingness to take responsibility.
