Planning and Control Engineer

Our team at the Missiles and Space Systems Division is looking for a Planning and Control Engineer.

What will you do:

• Establishing work plans and tracking project performance.
• Budget control for projects within the division.
• Monitoring and reporting on product deliveries.
• Participating in the preparation of project proposals.

What we’re looking for:

• Relevant academic degree in engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering and Management.
• Approximately 5 years of experience creating work plans and monitoring project budgets and schedules.
• Proven experience in process-based work and data analysis.
• Familiarity and experience with military and space systems development and production processes – an advantage.
• Experience with SAP and BI tools – an advantage.
• Proven proficiency in management and control tools such as MS-Project (EPM), advanced Excel, and preparing presentations.
• PMI certification – a significant advantage.
