Financial Planning Analyst

Elementor is a dynamic, fast-growing online startup with a mission to empower web creators. We’re seeking a talented and highly experienced Financial Planning and Analysis to join our finance team.

In this role, you’ll provide insightful analysis and financial modeling, which will be critical in driving our financial strategy and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support strategic planning and decision-making.
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance, profitability, and cost-benefit analyses.
• Prepare and present financial reports and presentations to executive management and other key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Develop, implement, and maintain budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Provide financial support for business planning and development initiatives.
• Automate financial processes and reporting to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth SaaS tech company - a must.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, ERP) - a must.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) - a must.
• Financial modeling software: experience with tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, or similar - an advantage.
• Financial operations - Experienced with negotiations and cost analysis with Cloud-based platforms like Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Amazon Web Services (AWS) - an advantage.
• High-level understanding of financial accounting principles and reporting standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

This role reports to the senior FP&A manager.
