Solutions Engineer

We are looking for an exceptional End-User Computing (EUC) Solution Engineer to support the continued growth of the team. You should have a deep understanding of the mobile, physical and virtual desktop landscape.

The EUC Solution Engineer is a high impact, visible, and inspirational role in driving the adoption of Digital Workspace products and solutions in large scale enterprise accounts. Understanding and consulting with customers on their digital workspace needs, the solution engineer can influence product improvements and the new products/solutions that client brings to market.

Responsibilities:

• Understand your customer’s business and their Digital Workspace transformation strategy.
• Engage regularly with technology decision makers in your accounts (CIO, CTO, Solution Architects, VPs and Directors of IT); building relationships, evangelising Digital Workspace solutions, and providing domain expertise to assist in closing business.
• Strong customer facing and relationship building skills, coupled with your listening and questions-based selling skills help you see the “big picture” and develop innovative solutions to achieve customer’s goals.
• Assume the role of a technical advisory team leader, this requires orchestrating the supporting teams of Customer Success, Professional Services and Support around customer focussed outcomes. Collaborating on issues and solutions as well as collecting information on industry trends, customer requirements and competitive analysis.
• You will identify additional business development opportunities within the customer’s organisation and ensure these opportunities are effectively covered and followed by the sales team

Requirments:

1) English and Hebrew language requirement – both written and spoken

2) Up to 30% travel required

3) 3+ years EUC Pre Sales experience or 5+ years EUC as a technology delivery consultant.

4) Comfortable in Subscription based go-to-market and Customer Adoption Management

5) Proven background in two or more of the following technologies:

• Desktop Virtualization: (VMware Horizon, Citrix VAD or Microsoft AVD)
• Mobile Device Management (Android, iOS, Zebra or other rugged device types)
• Desktop Management (Windows, MacOS, Google ChromeOS, Linux)
• Identity Access Management (Okta, Ping, Microsoft AAD or other SAML authentication)
• Zero-Trust security model, Endpoint Protection and Enterprise Security

6) Experience with Microsoft desktop operating system and Windows application deployment, configuration and management

7) Experience with configuring and deploying

• Mobile Device Platforms (VMware Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, MobileIron, SOTI),
• Physical Desktop Management (VMware Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti, IBM)
• SaaS Services (Microsoft Azure / AVD, Amazon AWS, Citrix SaaS, Google GCP)

8) Possess a strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture with background in either the customer or partner landscape.
