Lead System Enginner

We are looking for a Leading System Engineer.

Location: Matam, Haifa (onsite)

Ultrawis is a start-up company that develops Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) for cranes, with a vision to autonomous cranes at digital jobsites.

We’re looking for a Lead System Engineer who can be at the forefront of integrating hardware and sensors onto cranes, analysing issues, tackling complex networking issues, and coordinating SW & HW development.

About the Role:

• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in leading a multidisciplinary system development, understanding requirements and specifications, coordinating software & hardware.
• Lead and personally participate in hardware – software integrations both in lab and from time to time in real jobsites (job requires climbing on high cranes in construction sites, candidate should be without fear of heights and in a good shape).
• Troubleshoot and analyse networking and hardware issues.
• Contribute ideas for improving existing solutions with alternative hardware configurations and components.

Job Requirements:

-         BSC / MSC in Electrical Engineering – a Must.

-         Proven experience as a leading Hardware / SW engineers in a multidisciplinary system development environment.

-         Experience in digital and analog board design – an advantage.

-         Knowledge of mesh wireless communication – an advantage.

-         CAN DO approach.
